It is Black Vernasca Leather with Grey Seam (BMW Upholstery Code: MAMM). The seat is in very good condition. The most noticeable damage is a minor linear indent on the front of the seat by the cubby area. This indent may work itself out over time and should not be very noticeable once installed. There are also to very small white dots on the drivers side bolster. Details can be seen in the photos. There are no rips or tears and the color is even throughout. The leather is soft and all stitching is intact. All isofix covers are included as shown. This is a used original BMW part.
